Qualifications

• Master's degrees in administration or healthcare are required.
• Minimum 5 years leading ambulatory/clinical operations or related field.
• Strong data analysis and actionable planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish a patient-centric leadership approach.
• Develop a strong administrative leadership team to manage operational, clinical, and program development goals.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to strategic plan for clinical areas.
• Build credibility and trust with physicians, senior leadership and staff.
• Facilitate communication among clinical institutes, divisions, departments, and ambulatory clinics.
• Define processes to report quality and financial outcomes.
• Create a shared vision to work collaboratively toward common goals.
• Ensure clinical and operational performance contributes to financial health.
• Oversee budgeting and manage operating budgets.
• Build and manage a dynamic team to attain optimal outcomes.
• Align human, financial, and material resources for competitive advantage.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing development.
• Provide leadership and set strategic direction for assigned departments.
• Support quality improvement activities and physician engagement.
