Job summary

American National Standards Institute seeks a Vice President of Solutions Delivery to lead the successful execution and deployment of technology or business solutions. The role bridges sales, engineering, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires extensive DevOps/Agile experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to scale delivery across enterprise programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT solutions delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
• 10+ years in DevOps, project management, solution architecture, or professional services operations.
• Extensive experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or Agile development.
• Experience in a fast-paced non-profit or professional services environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution and operational scaling of delivery lifecycle.
• Align with Mission, Standards, Accreditation, and Back Office functions to translate client needs into delivery plans.
• Develop and enforce best practices, playbooks, and standardized deployment methodologies.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing organization of delivery leaders.
• Provide management and leadership to solution providers and vendors.
• Oversee delivery budgets, resource allocation, and ROI tracking.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for enterprise clients and escalation point for delivery challenges
