Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, IT or related field preferred.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT solutions delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
10+ years in DevOps, project management, solution architecture, or professional services operations.
Extensive experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or Agile development; working knowledge of AI.
Experience in a fast-paced non-profit or professional services environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end execution and deployment of technology or business solutions.
Align with cross-functional functions to translate client needs into feasible delivery plans.
Develop and enforce best practices, playbooks, and deployment methodologies.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of delivery leaders and managers.
Provide management to solution providers and related vendors.
Oversee delivery budgets, resource allocation, and ROI tracking.
Act as executive sponsor for enterprise clients and escalation point for delivery challenges.
