Job summary

Qualifications
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 7 years in engineering leadership roles
- Experience leading leaders in multi-layer organizations
- Strong technical depth across software architecture, cloud-native and on-prem platforms
- Experience with Azure and AWS, APIs, DevOps, and scalable enterprise software
- Track record of measurable impact and mission-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Define and execute AQI’s architecture and platform strategy
- Lead a distributed engineering organization of 60–80 associates across regions
- Modernize legacy code, platforms, and products for cloud and on-prem solutions
- Accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality, security, reliability
- Establish engineering excellence through Agile, DevOps, governance, and execution
- Leverage AI for coding and development acceleration and product capabilities
- Coach, mentor, and inspire engineering leaders and foster collaboration
