Job summary

SBT is working with a confidential company focused on enabling the next generation of data centers and AI. This leadership role oversees the engineering organization responsible for developing complex semiconductor products for next-generation data centers and AI infrastructure.

You will drive the silicon lifecycle from architecture through tapeout and production, partnering with executives to align roadmaps with evolving customer and market needs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of complex ASIC/SoC programs from architecture and design through tapeout, silicon bring-up, validation, and production.
• Deep technical credibility in high-performance silicon for data center/infrastructure applications.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations across architecture, RTL, verification, physical design, firmware/software, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering organization responsible for developing complex semiconductor products for next-generation data centers.
• Own execution across the complete silicon lifecycle, from architecture and design through verification, physical implementation, tapeout, bring-up, validation, and production.
• Partner with executive leadership and product teams to define multi-generation technology and product roadmaps.
• Build, develop, and scale multidisciplinary engineering organizations spanning ASIC design, architecture, firmware/software, validation, and engineering operations.
• Serve as a senior technical interface with strategic customers and partners, translating infrastructure challenges into differentiated silicon and system-level solutions.
• Drive multiple complex development programs in parallel while balancing technical performance.

• Strong product and systems judgment, with experience translating customer or infrastructure requirements into silicon architectures and differentiated product roadmaps.
• Executive-level communication and customer engagement skills, with the ability to operate effectively with senior leadership, strategic partners, and major technology customers.
