Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 9+ years of progressive Salesforce experience across development, configuration, administration, integration, and production support.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in banking/financial services.
• Advanced development skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flow.
• Salesforce administration, security, data management, reports, dashboards, and release support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions from design to deployment and support.
• Work with stakeholders to uncover goals, pain points, and detailed requirements.
• Run workshops, design sessions, and translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
• Define governance standards for development, configuration, security, and testing.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Mentor teammates, conduct reviews, and drive platform improvements and release planning.
