IDBNY in New York seeks an IT Application Manager to own Salesforce Sales Cloud, FSC, SFMC, Experience Cloud and related integrations. You will lead platform strategy, architecture, governance, and end-to-end delivery with strong banking domain knowledge.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, incident/change processes, and cross-functional collaboration with executives, product, operations, compliance and risk teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Competenze

12+ years of software development and application management experience in banking/financial industry.
8+ years of Salesforce platform experience in enterprise environments with deep knowledge of FSC, SFMC.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and strategic programs.
Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Mansioni

Serve as the overall technology owner and primary point of contact for Salesforce and related CRM applications.
Define and execute the Salesforce platform roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Establish governance standards and architectural best practices across the Salesforce platform.
Lead application support and manage vendor relationships and BAU operations.
Participate in Architecture Review and drive incident/change management and post-release support.
