Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and Salesforce implementation experience delivering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds
• Experience with Salesforce licensing models, enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or other middleware, and data migrations into Salesforce
• Experience building and reviewing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, and Apex
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, integration approaches, and implementation strategies for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud programs
• Lead solution design decisions across Salesforce data models, customization approaches, enterprise integrations, and application architecture
• Oversee delivery teams through planning, design, build, test, and deployment activities for large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, solutioning discussions, and client presentations
• Mentor practitioners, support recruiting and staffing activities, and contribute to practice growth
