Position Summary

Celerium is seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial VP of Sales & Partnerships to spearhead our expansion into the U.S. healthcare market. This executive will lead our sales execution, partner/channel strategy, and GTM planning for the Data Breach Defender cloud platform.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape and lead the commercial growth of a high-impact cybersecurity solution in a highly targeted vertical—healthcare—with a clear product-market fit and strong strategic backing. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead GTM strategy across direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances in the healthcare market.
  • Build and scale the sales organization; hire, coach, and retain top sales talent.
  • Design and implement sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs to drive efficiency and execution.
  • Cultivate executive relationships across payers, providers, and healthcare IT platforms (CIOs, CISOs, GRC leaders, etc.).
  • Execute enterprise and partner sales motions with clear pipeline ownership and accurate forecasting.
  • Lead deal strategy and negotiations for large, complex sales opportunities.
  • Develop channel and referral partner programs aligned with the unique buying dynamics of the healthcare space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine value propositions, messaging, and product-market fit.
  • Maintain market awareness of healthcare compliance, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST), and threat trends. Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and data breach threats affecting healthcare.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales or GTM leadership, with 5+ years in cybersecurity and/or healthcare tech.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating teams and exceeding targets.
  • Experience launching or growing new market verticals or product lines from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory and procurement dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, sales ops infrastructure, and modern demand gen tools.
  • Experience developing channel and indirect GTM models, especially in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and the urgency of early-stage growth.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Location:

Remote (U.S.) Ability to work across different time zones as needed. Ability to travel as necessary.
