Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Vice President to join the Global Banking Audit team. The role focuses on planning and leading audit engagements, overseeing testing, documenting findings, and partnering with global Audit colleagues and business stakeholders to strengthen internal controls.

The position requires 7+ years of audit experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively with senior management, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of internal or external auditing experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or relevant financial services experience) required.
• Ability to lead projects and participate in assignments in a team environment.
• Solid understanding of internal control concepts, with the ability to evaluate and determine the adequacy of controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex issues to senior management.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing risk and impact of controls.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, adaptable under pressure and willing to take responsibility.
• Flexible to changing priorities and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of audit activities including planning, testing, risk and control evaluation, issue drafting and reporting within deadlines and budget.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit teams across Technology, Data Analytics, Regional and Line of Business Audit.
• Finalize audit findings and provide an overall opinion on the control environment to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments and emerging risks to drive ongoing audit coverage.
• Pursue self-development through stretch assignments and continuous learning.
