What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as a senior client-facing leader, managing strategic relationships with AdTech platforms, manufacturers, and Retail Media Networks (RMNs)
  2. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing retail media solutions
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
  4. Identify and engage new buyer personas, addressing customer pain points with impactful solutions
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging the employer's capabilities to drive incremental value

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 12-15 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in retail media, preferably with AdTech companies, manufacturers, and RMNs
  2. Strong understanding of data, creative, and measurement within the retail media ecosystem
  3. Proven ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance
  4. Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems and identifying new revenue opportunities
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels
