Atlas Search is seeking a Vice President of Repo Collateral Management in New York to lead the collateral management function across repo activities. You will drive strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and technology enhancements while overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Repo Collateral Management team, setting priorities, goals, and performance standards.
Oversee daily collateral activity across bilateral, tri-party, and Sponsored Repo, including margin calls, substitutions, and settlement.
Drive initiatives around collateral optimization, funding efficiency, and operational resilience.
Partner with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology on collateral strategy and initiatives.
Ensure effective controls and timely resolution of collateral breaks and settlement issues.
Identify opportunities for technology and workflow improvements and implement cross-functional projects.
