Job summary

Nova Clean Energy is seeking a senior development leader to drive the pipeline of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States. Reporting to the SVP of Development, you will lead a team of professionals and shape strategy, policy, and stakeholder relations to advance projects from prospecting to NTP.

You will oversee regulatory dynamics, coordinate with FP&A on budgets and schedules, and negotiate with external stakeholders to align project economics with corporate goals.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project development and management in renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of utility-scale renewable projects and advance pipeline milestones.
• Oversee a team of professionals, mentoring and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with FP&A to align budgets, schedules and financial metrics.
• Lead negotiations with external stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Identify opportunities from market dynamics and regulatory trends.
• Travel domestically as needed to markets across the US.
