Nova Clean Energy, LLC is seeking a senior development leader to advance the project pipeline and deliver utility-scale renewable energy opportunities. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, drive regulatory insight, and shape our portfolio strategy across markets in the US.

You will partner with finance, FP&A, and external stakeholders to ensure robust project plans, budgets, and milestones, while mentoring staff and expanding Nova's capabilities in a dynamic energy transition.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project development and project management within renewable energy.
• Experience leading a utility-scale project through COD preferred.
• Mastery of development of at least one utility-scale renewable energy technology.
• Strong portfolio management and economic-driver understanding.
• US Power Markets knowledge; MISO/ERCOT/SPP preferred.
• Proven negotiations with external stakeholders and relationship management.
• Ability to travel domestically and manage competing priorities.
• Location: Chicago, IL or Denver, CO preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide internal expertise on regulatory and policy dynamics to inform investment decisions.
• Identify development prospects and manage a team of internal and external experts.
• Mentor direct reports and oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate with FP&A to maintain portfolio plans, budgets, schedules, and financial metrics.
• Lead complex negotiations with external stakeholders and senior leadership involvement as needed.
• Coordinate with finance on model inputs and data accuracy for project and market analyses.
• Address process gaps to support Nova's growing team and portfolio.
