Job summary

MetLife seeks an experienced executive to lead Regional Business & Specialty Service & Implementation for customers with 2–4,999 employees. You will drive end-to-end service, implementation, and account management, guiding transformation initiatives and AI-enabled improvements with governance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Finance to align operations with enterprise priorities, delivering exceptional customer outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, service delivery, or related fields.
• Experience leading large, multi-functional organizations through growth and transformation.
• Proven ability to balance customer experience, employee engagement, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service and implementation for 2–4,999-employee customers across segments.
• Drive customer experience improvements, operational excellence, and scalable growth.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives with governance and risk management considerations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations to align capabilities with priorities.
• Act as executive escalation point for key customers and partners.
