Wintrust Wealth Management is seeking a Vice President, Real Estate to administer real estate assets within various accounts, including personal trusts, estates, guardianships, and agencies. The role involves field work, coordination with Trust Officers, and collaboration with attorneys and appraisers to ensure proper documentation and tax considerations.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of real estate administration experience, strong verbal and written communication, and solid MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of real estate administration experience.
• Knowledge of real estate title, tax, and sale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Personal vehicle recommended.

Responsibilities

• Administration of real estate assets within accounts (trusts, estates, guardianships, agencies).
• Represent the bank with real estate agents, appraisers, inspectors, attorneys, and beneficiaries.
• Travel to real estate locations to support third-party professionals in security and sales of property.
• Coordinate meetings with Trust Officers, Administrators and Associates; obtain documentation and authorize payments.
• Support cross-selling opportunities and maintain vendor records.
