Blue Owl Capital Holdings LLC is seeking a Vice President or Principal to join the Institutional Capital team, supporting the Real Assets platform in New York City. You will partner with product specialists, investment teams, and leadership to drive fundraising strategy, investor engagement, and platform development.

You will lead investor communications, shape market narratives, and oversee investor-facing materials while mentoring junior staff and leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in asset management or related financial institution.
• Experience in investor relations, product management, fundraising, or client service; real assets preferred.
• Familiarity with real assets strategies, including fund structures and investor reporting.
• Ability to translate investment data into investor-ready materials and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising strategy, pipeline management, and tailored messaging for initiatives.
• Translate investor feedback into clear product positioning and messaging.
• Lead investor communications: letters, LPAC materials, meetings, and events.
• Oversee investor-facing deliverables with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to execute investor-relations initiatives and fund launches.
