Job summary

26North is seeking a Vice President to lead FP&A and strategy for Real Assets (ABF and CRE Credit) within Private Credit. Based in New York, you will partner with investment and product teams, own forecasting and management reporting, shape strategy, and support financing, fund launches, and investor relations.

You will collaborate with a peer VP overseeing Corporate Credit to ensure integrated platform-wide planning and consistent methodologies across multi- strategy vehicles.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years FP&A, corporate finance or strategy experience in private credit or asset management.
• Hands-on forecasting fund-level economics for private credit vehicles.
• Experience supporting senior leadership on strategic initiatives and board materials.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Real Assets strategies (ABF and CRE Credit).
• Model earnings, leverage, liquidity, and capital needs across vehicles.
• Track AUM growth, capital deployment, and returns via dashboards and KPIs; run scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly management packets and board materials; assist with investor relations.
