Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive food industry experience.
• 8+ years of leadership in R&D, product development, or innovation.
• Experience with CPG, food manufacturing, or foodservice industries.
• Proven track record of bringing successful products to market and leading innovation portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's innovation and product development strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Lead all R&D and Innovation activities from concept through commercialization.
• Drive the innovation pipeline by identifying consumer trends and new product platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance for successful commercialization.
• Establish priorities for product development initiatives and allocate resources.
• Provide technical leadership in food science, product formulation, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Quality and Food Safety to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Manage the R&D budget, portfolio, and metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team contributing to growth and operational excellence.
