Job summary

TD Epoch seeks a Vice President – Research Analyst to research and analyze companies, generating investment ideas within assigned markets. You will combine macro/global insight with fundamental stock-picking and contribute to multiple TD Epoch strategies.

The role requires strong financial modeling, programming skills (Python preferred), and effective communication for client presentations. CFA or MBA is desirable, with a track record in quantitative research and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, CS, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative field.
• MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• 3-7 years in quantitative research, data visualization, or financial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Researches, analyzes, and recommends investment ideas for Epochs strategies.
• Contributes ideas to other strategies as appropriate.
• Develops and researches investment candidates based on experience and screening processes.
• Collaborates with portfolio managers and colleagues across teams.
• Participates in marketing and client service activities including presentations and calls.
