Job summary

Chase is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Manager to lead advanced analytics initiatives within the CCB Data & Analytics team in the United States. You will partner with sales and analytics stakeholders to design, validate, and operationalize models, dashboards, and KPIs that drive strategy and measurable improvement.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure data integrity, and translate complex results into actionable business insights for senior leadership and frontline teams alike.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or BA with 7+ years in a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and influence business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management.
• Proficiency in data mining and analytical methods.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis languages (Python, SAS or R).
• Strong ETL processing knowledge and data quality focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
