10+ years of account leadership experience within an agency environment.
Experience supporting QSR brands, with franchisee model experience preferred.
Proven success leading large, integrated teams and managing complex partner relationships.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a complex QSR client business and foster strong senior-level client relationships.
Drive integration across internal teams, agency partners, and client stakeholders.
Oversee and lead integrated agency teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence.
Provide strategic counsel that connects marketing initiatives to broader business objectives.
