BerlinRosen is seeking an experienced Vice President for its Public Affairs team. The role focuses on developing comprehensive communications strategies, engaging stakeholders, and leading a busy team to deliver high-impact campaigns in health, government, and media sectors.

You will guide junior staff, manage client relations, and drive capacity planning while coordinating across internal and external teams to maximize outcomes and influence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic communications in health, government, electoral politics or media/journalism.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Strong storytelling skills with ability to create news moments.
• Experience designing media and marketing programs to reach stakeholder audiences.
• Savvy in media relations, pitching, social media and influencer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of integrated communications strategies including earned, owned, and paid media.
• Drive high-touch daily client communications with client leads.
• Manage a team of junior staff and guide account deliverables.
• Coordinate across internal and external teams to deploy integrated services.
• Develop new story angles and media opportunities; target print, broadcast, radio, and podcasts.
• Lead thought leadership programs for executives and raise visibility through awards or conferences.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on capacity planning and growth efforts.
