Ellipsis Health is seeking a VP Provider Sales in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead growth in the provider segment. You will build, own, and manage the full BD pipeline, engaging with executive stakeholders to form long-term partnerships across national health systems.

This role requires 10+ years of healthcare business development experience, a strategic mindset, and a track record of closing complex healthcare deals in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare business development and sales targets.
• Experience with IDNs, AMCs and multi-specialty practices.
• Experience closing deals with providers and health systems.
• Action-oriented leader who self-starts and motivates others.
• History of executing complex deals across healthcare marketplace.
• Relationship-oriented contributor with collaboration skills.
• Thrives in a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase the customer base and top-line growth for Ellipsis Health.
• Generate new business and sales leads via multiple channels including inbound inquiries.
• Support and drive RFPs for providers.
• Understand target customers and develop customized proposals and pitches.
• Build and maintain executive and decision-maker relationships.
• Support operational and strategic efforts to grow the business.
• Collaborate with sales, product, clinical, and client success teams.
• Demonstrate understanding of Ellipsis Health technology and GTM approach.
• Maintain a long-term competitive edge with value-added approaches.
• Refine market segment positioning based on business drivers.
