Job summary

PCMI Corp. is looking for a Vice President of Professional Services to lead the PS organization while owning the P&L. The ideal candidate will define strategies, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality client delivery.

This role requires at least 12 years of experience in professional services with a strong executive presence. Competitive compensation ranges from $235,000 to $245,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health savings accounts and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a PS organization at a software or SaaS company.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategy for the PS organization in alignment with company objectives.
• Own the P&L for the professional services business.
• Lead the Project Manager and Application Consultant teams.
