Job Description

Title: Vice President, Professional Services

Reporting to: Chief Customer Experience Officer

Location: Remote, US

Department: Customer Experience

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Professional Services to lead our global Professional Delivery Resources team. This leader will oversee revenue growth, define service offerings, optimize delivery processes, and enhance customer experience. Prior experience in leading a revenue-generating professional services organization within a SaaS environment is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive revenue through new services, upselling, and retention; define pricing models; forecast revenues; build client relationships.
  • Service Offerings & Technology: Develop offerings aligned with business strategy; collaborate with Product & Engineering; set service expectations.
  • Process & Optimization: Standardize and improve service delivery processes; implement best practices.
  • Utilization & Resource Management: Monitor and optimize team utilization; capacity planning; foster continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience & Risk Management: Ensure high-quality service; mitigate risks; handle escalations.
  • Product Adoption: Work with Customer Success and Sales to maximize product value and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a global team; promote a collaborative culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in professional services, with 5+ in leadership within SaaS.
  • Experience managing global teams, driving revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
