Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a strategic and hands-on Vice President, Enterprise PMO to oversee a portfolio of 5–10+ global initiatives, aligning them with company objectives and driving velocity and predictable delivery across functions.

You will lead a matrixed team of program managers, partner with Technology and Business leaders, and shape operating rhythms, governance, and TBM/AI-enabled workflows to scale execution and maximize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Enterprise PMO, Technology Operations, or Transformation leadership with increasing scope.
• 7+ years leading strategic or technology-ops teams at scale with budget and vendor governance.
• Proven track record guiding B2B SaaS orgs through rapid growth and large revenue environments.
• Experience managing a strategic enterprise portfolio (8–10+ programs) with cross-functional dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence budgets, vendor strategy, and operating-model decisions.
• Excellent executive presence and communication, capable of liaising with C-suite and Board.

Responsibilities

• Establish intake, prioritization, and governance aligning the portfolio with company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional execution across digital transformation and market expansion initiatives.
• Develop capacity models to optimize resources and prevent burnout.
• Serve as escalation point to resolve blockers and triage risks for program managers.
• Partner with Business Systems, Data & Analytics to enable portfolio visibility and ROI dashboards.
• Drive modernization and change management, including AI tool deployment.
