Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Product Strategy & Operations Vice President to lead the development and execution of product strategies for the Anaplan platform. You will collaborate with the Anaplan Product Owner to align vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities, ensuring quality, compliance, and risk management across core programs.

You will drive operational rigor, stakeholder engagement, and governance, scaling capabilities while delivering measurable value to the firm.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations.
• Proven track record of leading product strategy and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance, and third-party/vendor oversight.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with alignment to firmwide objectives.
• Develop and implement operational processes to support product delivery and adoption.
• Lead risk assessment, compliance management, and third-party oversight for the Anaplan platform.
• Partner with P&A, business management, technology, compliance, and risk teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and business impact.
• Champion agile practices and lead change management to drive user engagement.
• Monitor industry trends to inform product strategy and growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members with a focus on controls and compliance.
