Job summary

Magna Legal Services seeks a Vice President of Product Management to build and lead consistent product practices across the company. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this leader will guide product managers and work with Business Units to translate priorities into clear roadmaps and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in product management, product operations, or product development.
Experience coordinating products through discovery, development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage Magna’s product managers.
Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of enterprise-wide products.
Establish product management processes, standards, and governance.
Introduce best practices for product discovery, prioritization, and launch planning.
Translate client feedback, market insights, and performance data into roadmaps.
