Job summary

Magna Legal Services seeks a Vice President of Product Management to build and lead enterprise‑wide product disciplines across its legal services platform. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the VP will align business units, technology, and client success to define roadmaps and drive coordinated execution.

This senior leader will establish governance, enable discovery and market insights, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate strategy into measurable product

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience establishing or improving product management processes.
• Ability to translate client and business needs into requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating products from discovery to launch and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage Magna’s product managers.
• Own strategy, roadmap, and performance of enterprise-wide products.
• Establish product management processes, standards, and governance.
• Introduce best practices for discovery, prioritization, and launch planning.
• Translate priorities into clear roadmaps and execution plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning among BU, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations.
