Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a leader to oversee QA operations across divisions. You will guide quality strategy, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EU MDR and applicable cGMPs) and mentor staff to maintain high performance and morale.

Responsibilities include coordinating with corporate QA and division leadership, driving QA for new product development and supplier qualification, and ensuring timely project delivery. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience in a business environment.
• 5+ years of people management including hiring, development and motivation.
• Intermediate skill with relevant computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead and set strategic direction for the assigned divisions’ QA functions.
• Coordinate with Corporate Quality and division leadership to ensure compliance with FDA, EU MDR and cGMP.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Facilitate communication between QA Directors, Managers and Specialists and division personnel.
• Direct QA efforts for new product development and supplier qualification; ensure timelines and objectives are met.
