Job summary

Cohen & Steers is seeking a VP of Product Management for the Preferred Securities and Fixed Income line in New York. The role leads product strategy, pricing, parameters and collaboration with Investments, Distribution and Marketing to drive growth and competitiveness across open-end funds, ETFs, and separate accounts.

The candidate will champion the product line, address distribution questions, and work with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives while ensuring regulatory and cross-border

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment industry; product management or development.
• Experience with Preferred Securities or Fixed Income products (40 Act and 33 Act).
• Proficiency with market data applications (Morningstar, FactSet, Bloomberg).
• Strong written, quantitative/analytical and presentation skills.
• MBA/CFA a plus; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the product line by engaging sales and supporting asset class positioning.
• Ensure product features remain competitive and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate across Investments, Distribution, Product Development & Strategy for US and non-US markets.
• Plan with Investment, Distribution and Marketing to align priorities and support.
