Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or technology delivery in financial services.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support product managers by documenting priorities, milestones, adoption measures, and dependencies.
• Assist workstreams through discovery, requirements gathering, backlog refinement, delivery tracking, launch readiness.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and Controls partners to track dependencies, risks, readiness criteria, and migration-related follow-ups.
• Analyze operational, stakeholder, and platform inputs to identify product improvement opportunities, adoption trends, delivery gaps, and escalation needs.
• Maintain product artifacts including roadmaps, requirements, status updates, success metrics, meeting notes, action trackers, and decision logs.
• Document technical, operational, regulatory, and control requirements to support delivery planning and adoption readiness.
