The business is building advanced AI systems designed to accelerate scientific discovery across fields such as medicine, materials science, and life sciences. Having already secured significant funding from leading strategic and venture investors, the company is exceptionally well-capitalised and entering its next phase of growth.

This is a pivotal executive hire that will own product strategy, execution, and organisational growth while working alongside a world-class founding team to build a category-defining platform at the intersection of AI and scientific research. The role offers the chance to help shape products with the potential to transform how scientific breakthroughs are discovered and brought to market.

In short, you will define and execute the company's product vision and roadmap and will lead product strategy across a highly technical, research-driven organisation. You'll also build and scale a high-performing product team and will partner closely with engineering, research, and executive leadership to translate frontier AI into impactful products.

This is a highly-specific mandate - here is what we're Looking For

• Senior Product Leadership experience in true Frontier AI - i.e. DeepMind, OpenAI, Anthropic - companies that are training foundation models at scale. We would also consider applicants from world-renowned Autonomy leaders i.e. Waymo, Tesla, or equally people who have scaled highly-successful products in AI4Science
• Experience building and scaling product organisations through periods of rapid growth.
• Strong commercial instincts alongside exceptional product strategy and execution.
• The ability to operate effectively with research, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in applying cutting-edge AI to solve meaningful scientific problems.
