As the VP, Product - Enterprise, you will lead the strategy and development of our enterprise product offerings, focusing on advancing our core GRC capabilities for mature enterprise customers and delivering enterprise-specific features to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS companies that have transitioned from SMB-focused products to robust enterprise solutions and combines startup agility with scale-up discipline. You will own the strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the sophisticated needs of enterprise clients and drive innovation and growth.

What you’ll do:

1. Gather insights from customers, conduct market and competitive analysis, and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise product offerings, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
2. Enhance our core GRC features for configurability, integration, and scalability to meet enterprise demands.
3. Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
4. Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring enterprise products to market and oversee their lifecycle from ideation to post-launch.
5. Establish and track key OKRs and performance metrics to evaluate and improve enterprise initiatives.
6. Inspire and mentor product teams to innovate and deliver high-quality solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles within SaaS companies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields; MBA or advanced technical degrees are a plus.
• Experience with Security, GRC, or related security and compliance products is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to transition products from SMB to enterprise solutions, with a blend of startup and scale-up experience.
• Strong leadership skills in building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for solving complex enterprise problems and fostering customer-centric innovation.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate vision and strategy to all stakeholders.
