Housecall Pro is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Design to define and lead the strategic design vision across the company, ensuring design is deeply integrated into product development and aligned with business goals. You will oversee a world-class design team, drive innovation, and foster collaboration between design, product management, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product design, with leadership experience
• Experience with SaaS/Fintech platforms
• Track record of integrating AI into strategy and operations
• Experience leading design teams at scale
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design and design systems
• Experience influencing product strategy with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for the product design function and align with company objectives
• Lead and scale a high-performing design organization and mentor leaders
• Oversee design strategies to drive innovation and measurable business results
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and marketing to integrate design
• Champion design thinking and user-centered decision making across the company
• Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes
• Drive development of a generative design system for consistency and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for new design processes, tools and technologies
