• Leadership of workstreams and small project teams with analysts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications with senior stakeholders.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage all phases of workstreams or small projects.
• Develop rigorous project plans and manage resources and tasks.
• Structure analysis plans and drive solutions with hypotheses and frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and synthesize findings with qualitative/quantitative methods.
• Present recommendations to sponsors and drive adoption with stakeholders.
