Alexander Chapman Ltd. is partnering with an established private investment firm in Omaha to add a Senior Associate/ Vice President to its investment team. The role focuses on its core private equity strategy and end-to-end deal execution.

Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience across investment banking and private equity, strong financial modelling and analytical skills, and a proven ability to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment. Omaha ties preferred.

• 3–6 years of experience across IB and private equity.

• Proven ability to execute transactions and support deal processes.
• Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, collaborative investment environment.
• Interest in building a long-term career in private equity.
• Strong ties to Omaha or surrounding region preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and underwriting.
• Support deal sourcing and transaction structuring.
• Work closely with portfolio company management to drive value creation.
• Monitor existing investments and portfolio performance.
