Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant private equity or investment experience.
• Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills.
• Experience with infrastructure services, energy services, or B2B services.
• Experience working directly with management teams and/or portfolio companies.
• Strong commercial judgment and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, hands-on environment with ownership.
