THE·TEAM’s Premium Access US division is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale a premier hospitality and VIP ticketing business. You will own revenue, operations, inventory management, and partnerships, reporting to the leadership team with substantial autonomy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial leadership.
• Experience managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Track record of delivering large revenue growth.
• Experience building new markets or divisions.
• Strong US corporate network.

Responsibilities

• Own the US Premium Access division's performance and growth.
• Set KPIs across sales, marketing and events, and report accordingly.
