East 57th Street Partners seeks a Vice President of Portfolio Operations & Value Creation to drive operational improvements across middle-market portfolio companies. Based in the Fort Lauderdale area, you will partner with CEOs, CFOs, and Boards to maximize investment returns and align operational execution with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes financial discipline, KPI-driven management, and strategic planning to deliver value across growth, efficiency, and capital allocation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, finance, private equity, or PE-backed businesses.
• Prior roles as CFO, COO, Vice President, Director or Operating Partner.
• Proven track record of delivering operational improvements and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI-driven management.
• Experience collaborating with Boards, investors and executive leadership.
• History of leading organizational change and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with portfolio company CEOs and senior teams to improve business performance.
• Develop and oversee value creation plans focused on revenue growth and EBITDA expansion.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and execution.
• Serve as a Board observer or member for select portfolio investments.
• Lead initiatives in organizational design, pricing, procurement, and performance management.
• Assist with post-acquisition integration and synergy realization.
