BNY is looking for a Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Payments Enablement Enterprise Platform team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will lead product management for the Sanctions Screening Group, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in transaction banking, particularly in a Product Owner role, and possesses a strong understanding of global sanctions policies. Agile experience and stakeholder management are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of experience in transaction banking, with 5-7 years as Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven experience working on payment processing.
• Deep knowledge of global sanctions regimes (OFAC, UN, EU) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, aligning with platform OKRs and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business problems.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Scrum team.
