Job summary

Moonshot is looking for a Vice President of Project Management in Texas to build and lead a high-performance PMO organization. This role is crucial for executing complex electrical equipment projects in hyperscale data centers. The VP will be accountable for project execution from sales handoff to equipment turnover while ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, EPC, or engineering-to-order environments.
• Proven track record building or scaling a PMO or project management function.
• Strong experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Moonshot's PMO, ensuring delivery of all projects across schedule and budget.
• Align Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations around project priorities.
• Implement tools and systems for project tracking and reporting.
