Job summary

Experian Software Solutions (ESS) seeks a Vice President of Platform Engineering to lead technology for Identity, Access & SSO, Portal & Design System, Observability, Metrics & Monitoring, and Billing & Metering. You will head a global team of 100+ engineers and partner with executives to align platform investments with growth priorities.

You will drive modernization, ensure secure, scalable cloud-native architectures, and deliver measurable ROI across Experian's platform capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years leadership experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, identity & access management, or technology product management.
Proven track record building and scaling cloud platforms and shared technology capabilities at enterprise scale.
Strong ability to influence senior executives and secure stakeholder commitment.
Experience operating in regulated industries with governance accountability for platform engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology strategy for Identity, Access & SSO, Portal & Design System, Observability, Metrics & Monitoring, and Billing & Metering.
Lead enterprise platform modernization, evolving legacy environments to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
Establish standardization, developer tooling, and platform capabilities shared across the organization.
