Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Platform Infrastructure team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing cloud capabilities and ensuring the smooth operation of production environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps, AWS, and security best practices, alongside strong collaboration skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 and comprehensive benefits, including equity options and flexible remote work on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, including 4+ years with AWS.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development using frameworks like GitLab or GitHub.
• 3+ years implementing security practices in AWS, remediating SecurityHub findings.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools and microservices in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Build highly available solutions across the SDLC stack.
• Coordinate relations between Platform Infrastructure and Information Security teams.
• Contribute to security best practices and culture within teams.
• Develop tools to improve developer productivity.
