• Partner with the CEO and lead the Mission Advancement team to identify and pursue major gift opportunities.
• Develop and implement a practical fundraising plan with clear priorities, milestones and ownership.
• Strengthen donor segmentation, stewardship, and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
