Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks a VP, Performance Marketing to own end-to-end strategy across SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, email, affiliate, and emerging channels. This executive will architect a high-velocity demand funnel driving MQL → SQL → SAL → revenue across product lines.

Reporting to the CGO, the VP will build a world-class marketing organization, implement predictive models, and real-time optimization frameworks powered by data and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance marketing with leadership exp in SaaS/AI.
• Proven ROI & revenue attribution for large budgets.
• Deep tech stack familiarity and data-driven decision making.
• Leadership across marketing teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across channels.
• Architect a multi-touch funnel with KPIs and attribution.
• Set aggressive growth targets and forecast outcomes.
• Lead data dashboards, experimentation, and analytics.
• Mentor a high-performing marketing team and recruit top talent.
• Align with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Finance on investments.
• Pilot high-ROI channels while optimizing core engines.
