Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks a Vice President of Performance Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and scaling of performance-driven lead generation across SEO, SEM, email, affiliate, and emerging channels. You will architect a high-velocity demand funnel and own predictive forecasting while aligning with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the CGO, you will build a world-class organization, implement real-time optimization, and drive revenue targets across product lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or AI-native company.
• Proven P&L impact: built and scaled $10M+ budgets with measurable ROI and revenue attribution.
• Technical mastery: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO platforms, GA4, Tag Manager, CDP integration, and HTML/CSS for landing pages.
• Analytical rigor: forecasting, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and statistical significance testing.
• Leadership & team scaling: experience hiring, developing, and leading 8+ person teams.
• Creative problem-solving: testing bold hypotheses, failing fast, iterating toward efficiency.
• Collaborative operator: thrives in high-autonomy environments and partners with Sales, Product, and Exec leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a unified performance marketing strategy driving scalable demand across B2B and B2C.
• Build and optimize a multi-touch attribution funnel with KPIs (MQL, SQL, SAL, pipeline velocity).
• Define, forecast, and hit aggressive growth targets for lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Establish enterprise-grade reporting dashboards and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, LTV:CAC).
• Scale a high-performing marketing team and recruit senior talent in paid social, SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align marketing investment with revenue outcomes.
