The VP of People Operations is a key executive role within the People team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. This position plays a crucial role in evolving the company’s human resources capabilities to support its growth and innovation in fraud detection and authentication technologies used by major financial and healthcare organizations.

The individual in this role will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, enhancing workforce planning, talent development, and organizational health. They will lead talent reviews and proactively address workforce challenges by designing and implementing strategic initiatives.
