Job summary

State Street seeks a Vice President, Penetration Testing Analyst, to act as the senior technical lead for complex offensive engagements. You will own validation of remediation and ensure fixes withstand real-world attack paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of related experience in offensive security or adversary simulation.
• Industry-recognized offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSCE3, CRTO, GXPN, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting large-scale remediation validation programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of scenario-based testing against high-value systems.
• Validate remediation and ensure fixes address root causes.
• Coordinate with owners, partners, and external providers to uphold technical standards.
• Retest fixes against original attack paths and alternate routes.
• Present testing outcomes to leadership with clear recommendations for closure.
